- Presentation of the National Film Commission of Russia (Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, RFilms).
- Presentation of movie production potential by Russian regions (with the participation of Sverdlovsk oblast, Tver oblast, St. Petersburg, Vologda oblast and others).
- Presentation of opportunities by Russian movie studios and movie services companies to participate in International movie projects (with the participation of RWS, Solar Film Studio, Gorky Film Studio, Sverdlovsk Film Studio and others).
The National Film Commission of Russia starts its operations on the International market in 2010. The Commission's operations will focus on the following fundamental tasks:
- The creation and development of a network of regional film commissions throughout the Russian Federation.
- The provision of additional competitive benefits for the Russian Regions to improve their appeal as potential shooting locations among foreign moviemakers.
- The overseas promotion of the Russian regions, inducing foreign producers to come and work there.
- Increasing the number of movies produced in the Russian regions, including co-operation with foreign producers and film Institutes.
